Hi, Hater

I heard this song jokingly referenced in a video on the internet, and I figured it was one of the rap songs that I probably would never hear, but then today someone drove by blasting it out of their car.

It's actually pretty catchy, although you can take any assessment of rap music from me with with a grain of salt; I know less about rap than anyone else IN THE WORLD.

This video was shot in the area (Bedford-Stuyvesant) that I'll be living in. (And, with that, I have ensured that all of my white suburban friends will never come visit me.) I don't actually understand the words, but I was excited to see my new neighborhood, including the street sign for Nostrand, which I live off of.

I have street cred!
