Eco-Chic

Time to decorate again. I've got lots of ideas, and excited to "pimp my pad" in an eco-friendly manner. This means lots of shopping second-hand on Craigslist and antique stores, something that is way more challenging but ultimately more rewarding than popping into Pottery Barn.

I'm on the lookout for a vintage 50's style dining room table with a formica top, chrome sides, and a leaf in the middle that expands. I'm also hoping to get our worn yellow couch reupholstered in a more dog-friendly fabric, instead of replacing it with a brand new couch.

These next two weeks are going to be overwhelming!
