My Hardcore Workout

Running on my treadmill is hazardous! Normally when I walk and swing my arms to maintain a rhythm, but occasionally I grip the bar in front, just to steady myself for a second. Every time I did, I got a shock. I think I was building up too much electricity. I got shocked so badly at one point, I have a scabby bruise on my fingertip! It hurts!

I have no idea what to do about all the static... maybe I'll pin dryer sheets to me when I walk. Will that work?
