Snow Day

Rob woke me up with his usual line of, "It's 6:30." and then added, "It snowed."

Great.

I slid to the train station and slid back home, several times narrowly missing other cars who got stalled or stuck in snowbanks.

It's quiet now. I planned on going out today, but snow is still being dumped all over, and I don't want to risk driving in it. I'm pretty good at winter driving, too, but this is bad.

The dogs are all sleeping. They have colds, and Leeloo won't leave me alone. If I try to go into another room, she's all "I HAVE TO COME WITH YOU" and then she sits there, staring at me.

It's really awkward when I'm on the can.

This feels like the calm before the house buying/selling storm.
